Biography:

Preston Mui is a native of San Francisco. He moved to Hollywood and began working as a professional dancer. He has graced the stage and TV screen with the world’s most famous artists such as Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, The Pussycat Dolls, Black Eyed Peas, John Legend, Jennifer Lopez, Jason Mraz, Janet Jackson and Christina Aguilera. His credits range from countless, live stage shows and music videos, to national commercials for McDonald’s, Budweiser, and Target, network TV shows including Crazy Ex Girlfriend, the Voice, American Idol and the MTV VMAs. Preston, also, competed on the MTV competition reality show, America’s Best Dance Crew Season 7, with FANNY PAK. He has choreographed shows all over the world for Barnum & Baileys Ringling Bros, Nike, Reebok, Oakley, and Cirque Du Soleil. His TV choreography include Big Little Lies on HBO and the Masked Singer on FOX. He is currently living in New York, performing in the Broadway cast of Hamilton.

Preston will share his knowledge from his 20 years dancing alongside the world’s greatest pop divas including Britney, Xtina, Janet, Gaga and JLo. You will learn to hone your style, sharpen your moves and dance like you’re a star. Commercial Jazz funk will be a space to build your confidence and finally unleash the diva living inside you. oin Preston Mui every Monday from 7:20-8:35pm and feed your soul with dance! This 1 hour 15 min dance fitness class is built for all bodies at all levels. Get your body moving and grooving with a pilates and yoga-inspired warm-up followed by a choreographed dance routine each week. dance.U is just for yoU, a space to move, sweat, and dance your truth.

You do not need prior dance experience to join the fun! If you’ve never danced before, you will learn something new and push your own personal boundaries without feeling defeated, and if you are a seasoned dancer, you will find your space to explore at your own pace.
