    Biography:

    Paris Hairston has a degree in dance from Borough of Manhattan Community College-CUNY. Paris has been dancing since the age of two. He has been a featured dancer on several tours from 1985-present. Paris “Greeneyes”Ninja was the first Voguer to dance on a major hip-hop tour with legendary artists such as: Stetsasonic, Run DMC, Salt & Pepa, Roxanne Roxanne, Father MC, Heavy Dee and several other notable artists. As PAris Ninja Aeon he has performed/choreographed with notable legendary House music artists such as: Ultra Nate, Inaya Day, Barbara Tucker, Susu Bobien, Robin S, Louie Vega and multiple others. He is well versed in several styles of dance and has the experience to prove it. He loves teaching. He hopes to impart the his love and passion for dance on every student that attends his class.

    Class Description:



    This class will introduce you to Waacking, a style of dance that was birthed in the early 1970’s underground dance scene. Waacking surfaced on the ever ground-breaking "Soul Train," along with Vouging, a dance popularized in the underground gay scene. Stigmatized by its roots, it manages to attract a newly found respect for the art form from its participants and viewers. It is applicable and accessible to all.
