Ballet
Biography:
Jean-Sébastien Colau began his classical training at
the Paris Opera Ballet School (1991-1996) under the
direction of Claude Bessy. His teachers included:
Bernard Boucher, Lucien Duthoit, Gilbert Mayer, Serge
Golovine, Atilio Labis, Max Bozzoni, Ghislaine Thesmar,
Cyril Atanassoff, Noëlla Pontois, and Pierre Lacotte. In
1996, Jean graduated to the Paris Opera Ballet
Company with the following achievements: Certificate
Anatomy, Certificate Ballet History, Certificate Music
Theory, and a French ballet Teaching diploma "DE". He
has performed with many world renowned companies
including: Paris Opera Ballet, The National Ballet of
Canada, Soloist, Leipzig Ballet, Etoile, Nice Opera,
Etoile, and a Guest Principal for multiple companies
since 2011. He has toured to the USA, Japan,
Switzerland, Libano, China, Austria, Germany, Canada,
Guatemala, Lettonia, Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Brazil,
Singapore, England, Russia, Finland, Panama, Poland,
Ukraine.
