Idan Cohen
Contemporary
Biography:
Idan Cohen is one of Israel's leading choreographers and a prestigious teacher, leading international workshops in Israel, Europe, Asia and the United States.Born and raised in Israel on Kibbutz Mizra, Cohen danced with the world- renowned Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. Since 2005, Idan has been performing, creating and teaching as an international award-winning choreographer.
Recent works include Gender Bender (2013); Song of a

(2012); Mad Siren
(2011); Brazil (2010) in collaboration
with Maria Kong Dance Company; Because (2010) created for
Silesian Dance
