CLASS DESCRIPTION

This class is designed for dancers with little to no jazz experience who are ready to explore movement in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment. Students will be introduced to foundational jazz technique and basic movement vocabulary while building the physical tools to move with confidence, ease and joy.

Each class begins with a thorough, anatomically-driven warm-up focused on alignment, core strength, and flexibility. From there, students develop coordination and musicality through progressions and across-the-floor combinations, before bringing it all together in a closing combination that builds retention and encourages artistic expression.

No prior dance experience required — just a curiosity for movement and a willingness to play!
