CLASS DESCRIPTION
This class is a deeply researched exploration of our past and present selves through improvisational scores that we have developed through our making and performance practices. These scores are rooted in our research of effort, subversion, and formalism, and create a container for us to practice being present with each other - practice moving into and through and with ourselves. Every body contains multitudes, and this class is a space to expand into our artistic curiosities (both individual and collective) while acknowledging that everyone in the room has knowledge that is vital and necessary for building this space together. All movers are welcome.
