CLASS DESCRIPTION

Morgan leads a fun, creative, challenging yet attainable Vinyasa sequence set to obsessively curated music that will raise your heart rate then calm you down. As a dancer and yoga practitioner, she believes that movement is an integral part of the human experience and that through exploring the potential of the physical body, we are offered an unusual opportunity to excavate our thoughts and mind as well. Together, we uncover tools to manage the ever increasing stresses of life and the constant shifts in our home of muscle and bone.
