Mistral Hay grew up in Lancaster PA and moved to New York to receive her BFA at SUNY Purchase College. Since moving to Brooklyn as a freelancing modern concert dancer, Mistral has worked with companies including Pilobolus Creative Services, the NINES, Company Stefanie Batten Bland, and Jordan Morley/Little Riot. She is a certified yoga teacher with the Mind Body Dancer® teaching community, and currently teaches at Dance New Amsterdam, Namaste New York, and David Barton Gyms.
