Karen teaches with Mark Morris Dance Group, NJPAC and Everybody Dance Now, and is a guest instructor for NYU Tisch Open Arts.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Class starts with a fun, upbeat dance cardio warm up, followed by dynamic stretches. Following warm up we will focus on a few specific dance moves and exercises across the floor. Next, we learn set choreography elaborating on the moves used in our exercises, focusing on musicality, spatial awareness and performance. Class ends with a freestyle party cypher, where each participant has a chance to shine!
