CLASS DESCRIPTION

Beginning with an improvisational warmup designed to synchronize the mind and body, the start of class will guide the development of our physicality. We’ll then apply our improvisational findings to phrasing, encouraging artists to explore texture and quality within set material. This class is intended for Intermediate to Advanced/Pro levels.
