MIGUEL PEREZ started dancing at the age of 18 at the University of Arizona. After college, he danced for River North Dance Company and Hubbard Street 2 in Chicago. Miguel has had success in the commercial dance world: he danced for both Celine Dion’s A New Day in Las Vegas and her Taking Chances world tour. He has worked extensively for Cirque Du Soleil in Las Vegas. Miguel has been seen on television on “So You Think You Can Dance,” “America’s Got Talent,” and “Dancing with the Stars” and in commercials for McDonalds, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, and Acura He was in featured in the film “Behind the Candelabra. “ He teaches and choreographs at universities and dance studios throughout the US and was recently created a work for BODYTRAFFIC. Miguel joined BODYTRAFFIC in 2009.
