Teddy Tedholm, a graduate of the University of the
Arts, has presented work throughout North America to
much praise. Currently based out of Brooklyn, his work has
been described as "hip, whimsical and endearing,
understated without a lot of bravura, but so entertaining.
(Wet Paint)". He has been a finalist for a World Dance
Award, the Capezio ACE Award, and the McCallum Theater
Choreography Festival. Most recently shifting his interests
to multimedia and collaboration, Tedholm seeks to create
work that pushes the boundaries of generic labeling and
asks audiences to think critically about what they can
accept as artistic spectators.
