    Biography:

    Shannon Selby is from Brownsville in Brooklyn, NYC. He started dancing at a young age and his style is influenced by breaking, roller skating and Hip Hop. Break dancing was his first street dance style in 1984 and his breakin crew name was called The Majestic Rockers. He started dancing House in 1994 and his first House crew was called World Soul. His dance credits include a character for Sony Play Stations "Bust The Move" and choreography for platinum asian artist Misia and TRF, CoCo Lee 李玟 Music Video, "No Doubt" and "So Good". He has served as a judge for House at "Dance Delight" in Japan, "Juste Debout" in France and "Battle Zone" in Russia. Later on in his career he joined the Dance Fusion NY crew and is currently a part of the MOPTOP Crew. Shannon is also a Hip Hop and House Dj and Music Producer. As a Dj he has worked with Avrax in Japan and playing at some of the hottest clubs like "Luxy" and "Club 18" in Taiwan, SinSin, Lox, Funkbox, Sapphire Lounge in New York and is a resident Dj for the "Coney Island Dance Party". He produces his own music and continues to share his extensive knowledge of Hip Hop and House dance culture through dance workshops, performances and judging organized street dance competitions around the world.
