    Class Description:

The aim of this class is to challenge both our physicality and our minds to work together and deepen the understanding of our bodies' possibilities. The class will explore floorwork mechanics within contemporary dance vocabulary, using some elements of acrobatics and momentum based movement. Working on the mobility, strength and playfulness through the warm up, the class will progress into more complex content, and phrase work will be offered as a baseline of our research.
