    Biography:

    Nathan Trice is the artistic director and founder of nathantrice/RITUALS project-by-project dance theater and has created a number of projects that have become synonymous with his company: The Recognizing Women Project (2000), Us: the project (2007) and Strange Love: Episodes (2012). He and his company have toured nationally and internationally receiving commissions & residencies, and has performed in numerous festival including Fall For Dance, New York SummerStage, Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival, The Hong Kong International Hip Hop/Contemporary festival and The Harkness Dance Festival.

    Trice also is the founder and director of his annual three- week Summer Dance Intensive based in New York since 2007 and previously was a featured company member with Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Donald Byrd/the group, MOMIX, Kevin Iega Jeff's Deeply Rooted dance theater and Forces Of Nature Dance Theater.
