Biography:
277Dance Project a contemporary dance and media arts company, creates emotionally driven work, exploring the balance between chaos and stillness, the intersection of lives, and the eternal struggle to connect and to survive. Founded in 2008 by Artistic Director and Choreographer Nicole Philippidis, the company is presented annually at Dixon Place Theater, and has performed various works at Baryshnikov Arts Center, Triskelion Arts, Westchester Arts Exchange, Westchester Music Hall, Purchase College, Dance New Amsterdam, DanceNOW Joe's Pub, DanceNOW RAW, Inception to Exhibition Festival, Reverb/Steps Festival, and Wave Rising Series.
