    Biography:



    Ryan VanDenBoom is a New York based performing artist and teacher hailing from Munger, Michigan. He has performed nationally and internationally singing and dancing on the symphony orchestra circuit. He appeared in and choreographed a concert commissioned by the Gershwin estate entitled Here To Stay: The Gerswhin Experience. He is also one of three dancers who know, and the only one currently still performing a symphonic piece written by Morton Gould with original choreography by Danny Daniels called The Tap Dance Concerto. Ryan also appeared in the latest revival of Annie. He's been involved in the development of projects with alongside Christopher Gattelli, Casey Nicholaw, and Steven Hoggett. Ryan has taught abroad in Japan with The Broadway Experience, and sometimes teaches at his alma-mater CAP 21. He's choreographed regionally at the Mac-Haydn Theatre and recently acted as movement consult for a new play at NYU Steinhardt. Most recently Ryan was working as a physical comedian and clown in Germany with the New York based company Parallel Exit.
