FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW WILL I GET MY CLASS LINK?
You should get your FitGrid link 30-60 minutes before your class begins. Please check your email (spam/junk folders!!) and add "hello@fitgrid.com" to your contacts to ensure the email goes to your inbox. A unique link is sent every week! You will not need to save emails or links from week to week.I DID NOT GET MY LINK, WHAT DO I DO?
Please check your spam/junk folders. If you do not receive a class link 20-30 minutes before a class is scheduled to begin, please email roya@peridance.com and kelly@peridance.com. Teachers are understanding that there may be a delay in getting online. Links do not exist more than 60 minutes before a class is scheduled to begin. Links are unique to each student! Please do not share links or you will not be able to join your class!CAN YOU SEND CLASS LINKS TO BOTH MY CHILD AND I?
Class links can only be sent to 1 email address (often the parent email). We are able to update to your child’s email address or another caregiver if you prefer (contact a school coordinator). Please allow a few days for the system to recognize this change.WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY VIRTUAL CLASS?
Students are expected to be in dress code by the 2nd week of class- we understand some families may still be out of town or students are taking trials, etc. If you do not have dress code materials, please be sure you are in comfortable form-fitting clothing (for Young Movers, Ballet, Tap and Contemporary).Click for Dress Code information
Be sure you have a safe space to dance clear of any obstacles. Teachers are understanding that the at home dance space will be different than in studio space and we prioritize our students' safety above all else!
Note: All classes with dancers under 7 years of age are encouraged to have a parent/guardian assist with the technical aspect of class. We also find that it is helpful for students at home to have a parent/caregiver participate alongside their dancer!
