Our Creative Concerts showcases our youngest dancers, ages 4 & 5 years old that are enrolled in our Creative Movement, Creative Ballet and Young Tapper classes. Each class will have an opportunity to perform a dance in costume for the audience of their family, friends and parents. It is a spectacular event with smiles, tutus and great creative dancing!

Our Spring Concerts showcases our 6 & 7 year old dancers that are enrolled in our beginning Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop and African classes. Each class performs a dance in costume for the audience of their family, friends and parents. Alongside our young dancers some of our older teen dancers perform as well to give the families a nice broad perspective of what The School at Peridance offers and to inspire our aspiring young artists.

Annual Concert
Saturday June 1st & Sunday June 2nd, 2013

Our Annual Concerts is a diverse and eclectic concert experience showcasing over 500 students, ages 8 and up in one weekend at a professional Manhattan venue. The concert will have Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap, African, Salsa and Musical Theater. The dances presented represent the culmination of each classes yearly technique and choreographic expression. This is a wonderful event that leaves the dancers excited and inspired for their next dance experience.

Your dancer's bag should have:
*Costume/s
*Tights and/or socks
*All Shoes (Ballet, Tap, Jazz or sneakers)
*Costume Accessories (Flowers, crowns, wands, etc.)
*Make-up & Hair Accessories (Barrettes, hairpins, hairspray, rubber bands)
*Lunch with an over sized T-shirt or smock to put over costume during lunchtime.
*Extraneous Accessories (Safety pins, sewing kit, band aids)
*Homework, books, cards or games. Activities to keep them busy!

Please label ALL parts of your child's costume, tights, shoes, accessories and bags!

DO NOT bring jewelry, watches or any valuables to the theater!

Please pack shoes, tights and accessories in costume bag (this is the bag the costume came home in from Peridance) that way everything is organized neatly.

Multiple costumes should be in separate bags (example, Jazz, Ballet or Tap should ALL be in individual bags) so QUICK CHANGES can be taken back stage.

Your child should come in Hair & Make-up to the theater so they are ready for rehearsal!

Directions to Aaron Davis Hall:

By Subway 1 to 137th Street at Broadway. Walk south to 135th Street and walk east two blocks to Convent Ave and 135th Street. The entrances to both the Gatehouse and Aaron Davis Hall are located on Convent Ave.
By Car From 125th Street turn north onto Amsterdam Avenue. Turn east on 135th Street. Harlem Stage Gatehouse will be located on the south side of the street, on the corner of Convent Avenue.
Please note: Due to major construction on Convent Avenue, visitors to The Gatehouse or Aaron Davis Hall will not be permitted to drive along Convent Avenue and should approach the venue entrances from the Amsterdam Avenue and 135th Street.
Parking Limited parking is available, on performance days, on the south campus, directly behind Aaron Davis Hall at the corner of West 133rd Street and Convent Avenue.
