Alicia Stewart is a professional Dancer/Teacher, Pilates
Instructor and Massage Therapist. She has performed
on three continents and the Caribbean for over 25
years. Due to a spine injury and dance related injuries,
Alicia sought treatment through Pilates, Ballet Barre
exercises and massage therapy. As her health
improved, she was inspired to help others. Alicia is
experienced working with a variety of musculo-skeletal
injuries (spine, pre and post - surgery, frozen
shoulder, strains and sprains, among other conditions).
Her goal is to guide each person through their pain
management and restorative process to a
strengthening and conditioning program, an overall
sense of well-being. Alicia is certified in Pilates
through the Kane School of Core Integration and is a
licensed Massage Therapist in the states of New York
and Colorado.
