    Biography:

    Lauren started her dance career at the age of 7 while competing nationally as a Rhythmic Gymnast. Since then she has passionately studied and performed in Hip-Hop, Street Jazz, Ballet, Jazz/Contemporary, Samba/Afro- Brazilian, Haitian Cultural Dances and improvisational- based dance. She has appeared on Black Girls Rock, Saturday Night Live, America's Got Talent, The View and has performed with Pharrell, Alicia Keys, Joey Yung (Hong Kong pop icon) and many more. She has been a guest performer for companies such as Fluid HugHug/Kota Yamazaki, Rhapsody En Dance/Rhapsody James, Cecilia Marta Dance Company, Maria Torres Dance Company, and Culture Shock Dance Troupe.

    Lauren has developed a unique style based in release, stretch, strengthening, rhythm and improv. Through extensive involvement at schools such as Joffrey Ballet School, The Ailey Extension, Broadway Dance Center, The Broadway Experience and Peridance Capezio Center she offers an ever evolving technique that is sure to challenge the way you feel dance.
