    Jessica TaylorJessica Taylor began her dance training at the Center of Creative Arts (COCA) in St. Louis, Missouri and thereafter received her degree in dance from Point Park University Dance Conservatory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has studied most notably with such artists as Robert Battle, Doug Varone, and Jason McDole, among others. She has choreographed for the Big Muddy Dance Company, Movement Workshop Group, the Pittsburgh Playhouse Dance Company of Point Park University, SUNY Purchase, COCAdance Pre-professional Company, Absolute Dance Grand Junction, Squonk Opera and the Herbert Hoover Boys and Girls Club of St. Louis. In 2010 she founded DAMAGEDANCE and never looked back. Her work has been showcased in New York City at the Rover Soho, APAP NYC at Dance New Amsterdam, Triskelion Arts, Merce Cunningham Studios, Bryant Park, Ailey Citigroup Theater, The Works Studio and she accomplished her first international premiere last year at the Booking Dance Festival within the Edinburgh Fringe in Scotland. This year you can see Miss Taylor and DAMAGEDANCE at the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center November 2-3 for their 2012 Season.
