Advanced Beginner Level

Bio:Jose Traba has extensive performance experience that includes principal and solo credits with the Metropolitan Opera Ballet, New York City Opera Ballet, and Chicago Ballet, among many others. A widely respected teacher, Mr. Traba has taught world wide, including at the Academia de Bellas Artes in Spain, the Okamoto Ballet in Japan, and the International Dance Academy in London.

Class Description:
The class focuses on musicality, correct biomechanics and an
organic approach that demystifies the technique of classical
ballet. This approach is stress-free, low-pressure, and fun! Ideal
for the modern and jazz dancer.
