Withdrawal and Refund Policies
Withdrawal
Students are considered in attendance until they officially withdraw or are requested to withdraw by the CP's Coordinator and/or Director. To officially withdraw from the Certificate Program before or during the course of study, students must contact the CP Coordinator and submit a Withdraw Form, declaring official withdrawal date.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Students who withdraw more than 6 weeks prior to the start date of the Program will receive a full refund (minus 3% credit card and 3% payment plan fees, if applicable). Students who withdraw less than 6 weeks prior to the start date of the Program or during the first 30 days of the Program will be eligible to transfer to Peridance's Open Program (OP) and must comply with the OP's Schedule, Rules and Regulations, etc. Should a student decline transfer to the OP, 50% of tuition will be refunded within 30 days of the official withdrawal date (minus 3% credit card and 3% payment plan fees, if applicable). Students who withdraw after the first 30 days of the Program will not be eligible to receive any refund.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 world health pandemic, Peridance rules and regulations are subject to change.
Payment Plan Students Refund Policy
Any student granted a payment plan who has declined transfer to the OP upon official withdrawal date from the CP and has an outstanding tuition balance is responsible for paying the remaining balance of tuition due within 30 days from official withdrawal date (3% payment plan fee applicable). No refund is given for any absences.
International Students Refund Policy
A refund be issued only if a student is refused by immigration. Official documentation of denial by immigration and the return of the original I-20 must be received by Peridance before a refund will be issued. For Programs with reduced or waived application fees, the applicable amount of the registration fee will be subtracted from the amount of tuition paid prior to determining an amount for refund. In the above case if a refund is due, a payment will be made by check ONLY and will be addressed to the original party that made the initial tuition payment minus a ten percent (10%) processing fee and any other fees incurred (shipping, credit card etc.).
Absolutely no refund will be given for any other reason once student has entered the United States of America or, in the case of transfer students, after the Start Date listed on the Form I-20.
COVID-19 Refund Policy
- In the event of a school closure due to COVID-19, Peridance will continue programming online. No refunds will be given for programming changes due to COVID-19 such as, but not limited to travel restrictions, classes shifted from In-Person to Online distance learning, substitute teachers, and any school closure due to a positive test result.
- If Peridance must cancel programming due to COVID-19, Peridance will issue credit for future programming. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.
